Then provide our professional knowledge on the customer's products for reference to assist the customer to complete a perfect product. If the customer needs design services, our engineering designers can give customers advice.


2. Make samples according to the requirements of the customer. Some products need to be molded, and the mold opening fee needs to be borne by the customer. (If the number of orders reaches a certain number, we can return the corresponding mold fee)


3. After both parties determine the drawings, sign a contract and pay a deposit. The production time is calculated from the completion of the custom mold.


4. The product delivery time will not exceed 45 days.


5. After the product is produced, we will conduct comprehensive quality tests, including brightness, color, durability and other aspects to ensure that each batch of products can meet customer requirements. After that, we will package and ship to ensure the safety and integrity of the light strip during transportation.


6. We also provide after-sales service. If customers encounter any problems during use, they can contact our technical support team at any time to get professional guidance and solutions. We value the feedback of every customer and continue to improve our products and services to meet the ever-changing market needs.
